Shipping policy

Shipping within Canada

We ship within Canada using a variety of carriers such as UPS, Fedex, Purolator, CanPar and Canada Post. While most packages arrive within 2-8 business days, most carriers are not guaranteeing delivery timeframes due to ongoing issues related to COVID-19 and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. If your order is taking longer than usual, please be patient and allow for 10 more business days to pass before contacting us. The tracking information available to you is all we can see too, and contacting the carrier unfortunately will not expedite your delivery date.


Shipping to the U.S.A.

We ship to the US using a variety of carriers such as UPS, Fedex, Purolator, CanPar and USPS. While most packages arrive within 4-12 business days, most carriers are not guaranteeing delivery timeframes due to ongoing issues related to COVID-19 and we cannot be held responsible for these delays. If your order is taking longer than usual, please be patient and allow for 10 more business days to pass before contacting us. The tracking information available to you is all we can see too, and contacting the carrier unfortunately will not expedite your delivery date. Please note that Alcohol cannot be shipped outside Canada.


We are not responsible for any applicable duty fees which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duty fees may be charged upon receipt and are not within our control. Refusal of packages does not result in a refund as the package will be considered abandoned by the courier.



Our small team works hard to get your orders out in a timely manner and we require a minimum of 3 business days to prepare your gift (this may increase during high volume times and promotions). Should you need a rush on your gift, please contact us before you place your order to see if we can accommodate this request. A rush order may incur an extra fee.
