Return Policy 

To encourage thoughtful purchasing and limit the environmental impact of unnecessary shipping,  we do not offer returns or exchanges. We pride ourselves on delivering a beautiful & seamless gifting experience for both you and your recipient, but should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us at info@oldjoygiftboxes.com and we’ll do everything  we can to make things right. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours by email. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, then the order will stand and cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Damages and issues 

Please contact us immediately if any item in a gift box is defective, damaged or if the wrong item has been sent. We will send a replacement or refund you on the rare occasion that there is an issue with your order.
